Clothes that do not restrict your movement are fine. T shirts, shorts, leggings, tracksuit trousers are all suitable. In class, a pair of socks for foot hygiene is advisable.
Sorry, but all class members must have at least one individual session to assess any musculoskeletal issues, postural or soft tissue imbalances and to introduce the Basic Principles of Pilates. This enables you to set your own objectives and work safely and effectively.
All mats, blocks and light exercise equipment are provided. You may like to bring a towel and water bottle. If you wish to use your own mat, make sure it is thicker than a traditional yoga mat.
Absolutely! One to one sessions can be arranged for anyone. Many people progress more quickly, especially if your needs are more complicated or you wish to work at a more concentrated level.

Classes have no more than six members. This ensures that everyone receives the necessary attention and teaching as an individual.
Each class lasts for one hour. Please make sure you are changed and ready to work five minutes before the scheduled time. The class will begin with a warm up to focus on the Basic Principles before introducing more complex conditioning exercises, stretching and relaxation. Latecomers will not be able to attend.
These are designed very much to the individual, so they may be from one hour to an hour and a half. In addition to Matwork, they offer the opportunity to work on the V2 Max Plus Reformer and Stability Chair. Both pieces of equipment are valuable tools for helping rehabilitation, sport specific or general conditioning.
